Refund & Returns Policy

At CPBRAD, we stand behind every product we sell. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:

  • In their original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included
  • Not damaged due to misuse, accident, or modification

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, installed, or assembled
  • Products with missing or damaged packaging (beyond normal inspection)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased as open-box/clearance
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Items damaged due to improper use or user error

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@cpbrad.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item and packaging (required for damaged or defective claims)

We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Do not ship items back without an approved RMA — unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a defect, damage in transit, or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid label. For all other returns (change of mind, ordered wrong item, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — CPBRAD is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, the credit may take additional time to appear
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different model or size, please contact us at contact@cpbrad.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate exchanges based on current stock availability. If the replacement item has a different price, we’ll charge or refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@cpbrad.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Warranty

Many CPBRAD products come with a manufacturer’s warranty in addition to our return policy. Please refer to the individual product page for warranty details. Warranty claims for defects after the 30-day return window should be directed to us at contact@cpbrad.com and we will assist with the warranty process.
